Back in January we heard about Star Wars creator George Lucas getting engaged to the beautiful Mellody Hobson after dating since 2006. After months of planning the two finally tied the knot this last Saturday night. The location of the wedding was in none other, Marin County, California, also where the famous the Skywalker Ranch is located. Those that were there tweeted on their account, sending them their congratulations.

A tweet from Samuel L. Jackson said: “Let’s give a Galactic shout out to Master George Lucas & his bride Melodie on this, their wedding day,”

Ron Howard: “Was a joy to behold.”
