We’ve received word earlier today from the good folks over at StarWars7News.com that they have translated some news about new Lego sets being released for The Force Awakens including one called “Battle On Takodana”. Could Takodana be the name of the planet where Maz Kanata’s Castle is located? We believe this may even be the name of the Castle itself. Here’s the translated list:

– 6 new Microfighters sets: 2 for The Force Awakens and 4 for Star Wars Rebels (AT-DP, The Ghost, Prototype TIE Advanced, and Wookiee Gunship).

– 2 sets for The Force Awakens: “Battle on Takodana” and “The Pirate Transport”.

– 2 Battle Pack sets based on The Force Awakens: a “Hero” and “Villain”.

– 2 Battle Pack sets inspired by Star Wars Battlefront respectively themed after the Empire and the Rebel Alliance.

– 6 new Construction figures.

– 4 sets of the Original Trilogy and the Prequel Trilogy (Hoth Attack, Bespin Carbon Freezing Chamber, Droid Escape Pod, and Obi-Wan’s Jedi Interceptor). 

 

It is also possible however unlikely that Takodana is also the name of the planet that the Resistance base is located on. Some believe that it may even be the planet where Starkiller Base is located. What do you think? Let us know!
