After the long wait we finally have a casting decision for the role of the young Han Solo in the upcoming Star Wars Anthology film!

According to the NY Post, the actor now slated to fill the role is Alden Ehrenreich. He is known for having starred in Francis Ford Coppola’s “Tetro”.

With high hopes for the upcoming spinoff film “Rogue One”, critics and fans alike are projecting a good turnout for these spinoffs, now having seen the recent trailer released to audiences worldwide. However, with this film being a long ways down the road, we can only let our excitement flourish, and hope that these films will maintain not only the look and feel of Star Wars, but the essence of the franchise we love.
