StarWars.com has announced the long awaited title for Episode VIII, The Last Jedi. I love this title and it clearly breaks the tradition of having a verb in the title of the second one in the trilogy. I can’t wait to find out the meaning behind the red text. I believe the Last Jedi is referring to Luke as he was referred to as the last Jedi in The Force Awakens opening crawl. It should also be noted that Jedi can be plural so it could mean Luke and Rey. Let us know what you think about the title on our social media: @thehothspot.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi, directed by Rian Johnson, comes out December 15, 2017.
