Disney To Open A Star Wars Themed Hotel

We are less than a couple weeks away from the release of The Last Jedi, the anticipated sequel and Disney isn’t stopping their moves to go forward. With that, they have plans to really bring the experience to fans. We know that Disney is making a Star Wars Land that will feature your own experience and make you part of the famous galaxy. Now, you’ll be able to add to that experience by staying at a hotel.

The hotel is going to built at both the main parks in the US, one in Anaheim and the other at the Orlando Disney World park. So what kind of experience will you get to enjoy while staying at one of these immersive hotels?

Chapek, when speaking at D23 said that when you stay at the hotel, you become a citizen of Lucas’s world from the films.

β€œIt is 100 percent immersive and the story will touch every single minute of your day, and it will culminate in a unique journey for every person who visits.”

Another perk of staying there is you’re allowed to dress up in costumes, which will really add to the experience of being in a galaxy far far away. Another added feature will droids acting as hotel staff.

Now what is the room going to be like? Well, we can imagine that it’s going to cost a pretty penny for the experience but each hotel room will resemble a bunker. You’ll have bunk beds for the children and adult ones.

The hotel will be in the shape of a starship with the lobby and other main areas resembling parts of a ship.

While there really isn’t much more detail or a release date for when the hotel is to open, it’s enough to get us excited to stay at this resort.
